About Us

Dark Side Roasters is specialty coffee roaster in Cicero, IN.  Owners Matt and Vanessa have shared a love for coffee since their first date at a coffee shop over 15 years ago. They began roasting at home on a sample roaster and quickly realized that freshly roasted coffee was far better than any coffee they had tried, and roasting became a passion instead of a hobby, which led to Dark Side Roasters. 

The roastery opened for business in May 2018, suppling local and online orders as well as wholesale. Dark Side Coffee House opened in October 2020 at 110 W. Jackson St. in Cicero. While the roastery is not open to the public, Dark Side Coffee House serves a full coffee menu as well as in house baked goods and breakfast items.
